There's Always Something Going On
Our youth group is a prime example of people coming together in one accord and making it work. We have kids in elementary school to college age that take time to praise God and have a great time doing it. Youth Choir, Youth Sunday's at church ,and Youth Night's at the fellowship hall are just a few activities our youth participate in.
Youth Choir
Youth Choir welcomes anyone who wants to "make a joyful noise" and yes we are aware that some make more joyful noise then others. We understand that it's not about how we sing it's about the why. We should be concerned with if we are magnifying God when we sing.
Youth Sunday's
Youth Sunday's are when we invite the youth to take over service. The youth will open Sunday school, teach the sunday school classes,and lead congregational singing.We want to help our youth grow to be the next generation of Sunday School teachers,Chior Directors,Deacons,and all around productive church members.Youth Sunday's give the oppertunity to lead through example and guide,teach, and train.Proverbs 22:6 says "Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it." If we can help to set a strong foundation of worship now we set the future of the church up for success.
